Voila! Tea & Wine + tips for mindful 'me time'!

Sponsored by Tea & Wine
It is rare to have 'me time’. To just sit and read, enjoy a cup of tea, or a glass of wine. With a busy life, I find that when I’m doing anything for myself, that is ‘me time’ - I don’t sit still, but I know that I need to take some time out for myself more often.
With this in mind, for this blog post I’ve partnered up with an amazing new concept called Tea & Wine to explain how delicious it is and how I have been trying to create some more 'me time’.

Tea and wine, two of the world’s most ancient beverages have been carefully infused together to create a new wine product called Tea & Wine.

Delicate flavours drawn from the finest grapes and carefully crafted loose leaf organic teas have been infused together creating a beautiful and subtle taste experience. Both grown with nurture and care, these two key ingredients combine to create a drink perfect for an indulgent ritual Tea & Wine to call ‘me time’ to create a moment of mindfulness, stillness and inner quiet.

Tea & Wine is available in two varieties:
1. Unoaked Chardonnay infused with organic Egyptian camomile blossoms
2. Cabernet Sauvignon infused with organic Sri Lankan Chai tea
Tea & Wine is perfect to enrich your ‘me-time’ moments, which I also think makes this unique infusion a more indulgent wine experience.

It’s true to say that 'me time’ is an essential in life, but I never realise I need it until it's too late! So, over the last couple of months I have put a few ideas in place to be more mindful and make 'me time' a priority.

Here's what I recommends to achieve for mindful ‘me time’:

1. Have a ritual dedicated to you - It could be as simple as 5 minutes to enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or wine a few times a week. Being present to only that and enjoy every flavour.

2. Say a daily gratitude - Even if I don't get around to saying it out loud, having the words on my mirror is a GREAT reminder to appreciate all the little things in life.

3. Create some silence - With a busy schedule, I’ve tried to take a few moments to sit and focus on my breathing and it’s been a great way to re-focus on the important things.
We all need 'me time’ every now and then, and now I never have to choose between tea and wine again for my rituals – instead I pour a glass of Tea & Wine to enjoy the best of both worlds in one. So, why not try the new Tea and Wine from Dan Murphy's next time you pop in - it really is a special treat!
