How good is Asian cuisine? Especially zesty, flavourful mouthfuls of Asian Cuisine?! I had no idea that Natural 9 even existed and a hidden gem within Casino, Canberra.

Bursting with flavour, Natural 9 offers (hand on heart) flavour that explodes your mouth. Paul and I were treated to a lovely dine in experience where we tried the 9 dish roulette banquet ($45pp) and some unusual but tantalising dessert pairings.

The head chef certainly pushes boundaries with authentic flavours. The menu is carefully curated and is designed to stimulate your senses. From our experience you will discover flavours that wouldn't ordinarily be paired together but actually enhancing the flavour reachings in your pallet.

We were very impressed with the amount of vegetables that accompanied with the dishes. Generous potions as a whole!
