With tickets all selling out to our 'Afternoon Mingling' event after 24 hours, we knew that Canberra women were ready to get out and MINGLE!
01. The CBR Woman + The Statement Life, our first event together.
It all came about when Jaimee and I had lunch and shared the same idea of having a networking event for women. It was something that we both wanted to do for a while. It made sense for us to join forces and bring the Canberra women… AFTERNOON MINGLING.

The afternoon was epic! The most dreamiest setting you have ever seen. Flowers hang from the roof, flowers on the tables.
Pollen is to die for, a great brunch spot!
Our minglers sipped on our signature ‘Afternoon Mingling’ cocktail, feasted on a HUGE grazing platter and engaged in some delightful conversations.
The purpose of the event was to bring together like minded women to network and find other women to collaborate with. We had a range of industries there. A Mortgage broker, social media managers to stylists to health and fitness gurus.
I am so proud and still oh-so excited of what we accomplished. Combining our vision and creating magic, Jaimee’s right "a prime example of collaboration over competition".
My intention in life is to always be kind and help other women along the way. We are stronger together and we must help
We couldn't of done this without our partners who packed our gift bags with delicious treats, vouchers and gifts (Yes, the Sorted bags were in there!).
