COMPASSION WITH FASHION 2015

We were lucky enough to attend the Compassion with Fashion, event - proudly supporting beyond blue on the Saturday, 21 March.

We think it's fantastic that there are loads more fashion events popping up around town. Especially this one, raising some much needed funds for beyond blue. I didn't realise but lots of people struggle with  depression and not many people are aware of it and now I am.

Throughout the evening we listened to some stories about what some people have experienced with anxiety and depression. It was touching to listen to them, you could hear a pin drop.

My eyes were certainly entertained, there was an array of fashion styling and some familiar faces modelling in the show. We adored the sets by glimmering Rockstars and Royalty, Mussen, Enchante Bridal and Formal Wear, Sovata, Dissonance, ULE and Westfield.

There was so much entertainment throughout the night too with singing by Siobhan McGrath, who sounded like an angel (wouldn't mind her singing at my wedding?!) and dancing by Project Beats, so much popping and locking. It was jam packed with entertainment and am thinking of next years event.

One of my favourite looks of the night was this dress Paris wore! Ready for the read carpet somewhere, covered in sequence with a small cut out.
Love this man style styling for the women. Powerful, suiting, mannish sleek looks. I adore dressing like a man. Start with a boyfriend cut blazer and build from there, if you want to try it. The suits were by Yd and Target and ties supplied by Tied together (clever name).
Thank you for having us!
